Problem Statement: Exerp, a Member Management Platform for Fitness Industry, implemented functionality for restricting members to book classes for a period if they don’t attend over 3 classes. However, once the member crosses the blocking period, Exerp did not have the technical feature to unsanction those members. This turned out to be a manual and time-consuming process.
Solution: Balakrishna Atthota built an automated bot process to take members details, and extract and remove each member sanction. This process eliminated the Exerp App support teams manual efforts to sanction members. This solution helped reduce approximately 50 man-hours per month and resulted in effort savings of 600 hours.
