Our client, an Indian low-cost airline, wanted the active MS CRM users count including Agents, Resolvers and Employees for license payout to their vendor.
During analysis it was found that most of the resolvers were relocated to other departments and didn’t require CRM resolver access.
This led our associate to develop the latest CVA on License Cost Optimization. 784 Non-Active Resolver roles where removed from the System, which in-turn brought down 75.16 % of the licensing cost.
The tool helped save $97,216 for Resolver Users & $2480 for CRM Agents per annum. Here, the total cost saving amounts to a whopping $99,696 per annum!
