I have a query regarding SMTP server for PeopleSoft CRM9.0 tools 8.48.08.SMTP is configured for dev instance.SMTP sender email id is I try to test email from peopleTools–> workflow->Defaults & Messages->worklist/Email message, it is giving error like invalid email ID.
I have given email ID for that user but the email ID is . what could be the reason.

§ Please check whether SMTP setting is correct. Test sample report through process scheduler by using Email as the output destination.

§ Try sending to an email id within the company – it is possible that is blocked by your firewall.

§ Check SMTP trace file on the server
