we’ve been experiencing problem in Absence Approve/Deny Process. we’re encountering the error message “1 No Rows exist for specified keys. {GP_ABSENCE_EVENT} (91,50) No rows exist on the database with the specified keys. (0,0)”. we can’t find a permanent solution on this,

the temporary solution we have is to add the dept id of the employee to Security by Dept Tree of the supervisor, but we cant do this all the time especially when in a big company. the error occurred after applying a patch to the existing system.

please help. this is a very tedious process and the clients are beginning to get irritated due to this error.

Thanks for posting your question!

Since this is a delivered issue we request you to open a case with Oracle. We did find similar issue in Metalink.

PS provided a fix for this issue with GP bundle #12. We had the same problem in MSS for Absence approvals and this fix solved this issue. Let me know if you need more information.
