Mr. Atul K Nishar

Atul Nishar is the Founder & Chairman of Hexaware Technologies Limited, a company that he set up in India in 1990. He is the driving force of Hexaware’s strategic direction and marketing focus. Under his leadership, Hexaware Technologies has grown into a multi-million dollar, global software and BPO services corporation, listed on Indian and London Stock Exchanges.

An entrepreneur by nature, Atul Nishar had founded Aptech Limited in 1985, a computer training company which he grew into a leading global IT training outfit with over 2400 centers across 52 countries. He was the Chairman of Aptech till early 2003, when the promoters divested their stake in the company. The highly successful China joint venture was set up by Aptech under his headship.

He is associated with several government and trade bodies which play an instrumental role in the development of India’s IT Sector. An active and known figure of the Indian IT industry, he was Chairman of National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) in 2000 and continues to be on the Executive Council of NASSCOM. He is also a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Member of the Managing Committee and Co-Chairman of the IT Committee of Indian Merchants Chamber and was Regional President – Western India Council of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, 2007 – 2009.

He is a Co-Founder of Infinity Technology Investments Pvt. Ltd. – a Venture Capital fund.

He was Member of National Executive Committee (2000) of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and Chairman of the Information Technology Committee (2001-2002) and Member of the Steering Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

He has published several articles on Information Technology in leading Indian publications and has been a speaker at conferences organized by Harvard Business School, NASSCOM, TiE, World Congress on Information Technology, US Consulate, FICCI, and CII.

Atul Nishar is a FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and received his Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law from University of Bombay.

Mr. P R Chandrasekar

P.R.Chandrasekar has a successful track record of driving revenue growth for a company including experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, channel development and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Hexaware, he was President Americas and Europe at Wipro and was responsible for the strategic development of these geographies. Chandrasekar joined Wipro in May 2000 from GE India where he was Director, Business Development.

He has a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) and has done his MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. Chandrasekar is based out of Hexaware’s office in New Jersey

Mr. Ramanan R V

Executive Director & President Global Delivery

Ramanan heads the global delivery organization at Hexaware. All service lines and horizontals report into him.

Ramanan has been with Hexaware for over seven years now. He has been instrumental in establishing new service offerings and growing the Testing (QATS) and Business Intelligence & Analytics horizontal practices at Hexaware. He continues in his technical role as the Chief Software Architect to provide architecture solutions to customers. He has been actively involved in helping some of Hexaware’s large customers in re-shaping their IT eco-system and modernizing them.

He has over 20 years of experience in managing large delivery operations across multiple geographies. He has extensive experience in providing technology solutions for various organizations in India, Europe and USA. In his last assignment before joining Hexaware, he was the Chief Architect for Citibank implementing Banking Software solutions in the European sector.

R V Ramanan holds a Post Graduate degree in Technology from I.I.T. Delhi.

Mr. Rajiv Pant

President – North America Operations

Rajiv Pant heads the North American Operations for Hexaware. He joined Hexaware from Wipro Technologies, where he was Vice President of Enterprise Solutions spending nearly a decade in roles of increasing responsibility. Pant has also worked with Apple Computer and Microsoft.

He has a dual degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani with a Master of Science in Chemistry and Master of Management Studies. Rajiv is based out of Hexaware’s office in New Jersey.

Mr. Ramanan Seshadri

Senior Vice President & Head – Europe Operations

Ramanan Seshadri heads business operations for the European Region at Hexaware. In this role since June 2010, he is responsible for all of the business functions for this region including driving sales and overseeing the service delivery. Prior to assuming this role, Ramanan was leading the Healthcare Vertical besides managing two Strategic Accounts at Hexaware. He has been with Hexaware since November 2002, and has handled many responsibilities including business development and delivery. He has also been instrumental in building solutions for new verticals at Hexaware.

Ramanan has over 18 years of experience and prior to joining Hexaware, he was with Polaris Software in the US. His previous roles include a stint with the Business India Group managing their exhibitions division early in his career.

Ramanan has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.

Mr. Uday C Reddy

APAC Head, Hexaware Technologies Ltd

Uday Reddy heads business operations for the APAC Region at Hexaware. In his current role he is responsible for all business functions for the region which includes sales as well as monitoring service delivery. Uday has been with Hexaware since November, 2003 and during this time has handled several critical assignments. Prior to taking up this role, he was instrumental in establishing the Banking & Financial Services sub-vertical in 2009 and running the practice successfully for the last 2 years. His earlier stints include being the Head of Delivery for all Strategic Accounts, as well as being the Center Head for Hexaware Chennai.

He has over 23 years experience in the Indian IT industry, having worked in responsible positions at Major Indian companies as well as Multi Nationals providing solutions for customers in the USA, Europe & APAC regions. Prior to joining Hexaware, Uday was the Head of Wealth Management solutions group at Citibank and Citigroup, implementing custom-made solutions across the world for Citi Private Bank.

Uday Reddy holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Applications from Central University, Hyderabad.

Mr. Deependra L. Chumble

Deependra brings with him a vast leadership and multi cultural experience of over 23 years in the Human Resources function with an in depth industry knowledge of Hotels, Banking, IT and ITES. In his career with different multinational and transnational companies, he has worked in different capacities and geographies in India and abroad handling complex and sensitive people issues. He has been an integral part of start ups on one hand and on the other, has worked with well established organizations with robust structures and processes. Organization team building and restructuring, Change Management, Aligning HR to Business, Culture building and HR metrics are some of the core strengths he has developed in his exposure as a member of senior management teams for over 18 years. He has managed large HR teams spread over different locations and has transformed the HR function to be an equivalent partner in business thus involved in all business related decision making processes.

In the past, he has worked with companies like Indian Hotels, ANZ Grindlays, HSBC, eFunds, IT 20, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.

Deependra, a Commerce graduate and an MBA from Pune is an avid reader and has keen interest in music, photography and spirituality. He prefers spending time with his family and his pets, whenever he is not travelling. Finally, he and his family have made Mumbai their home after living in almost a dozen cities in a span of over two decades.

Mr. Sreenivas V (Sreeni)

Chief Strategy Officer

Sreenivas is responsible for the Corporate Planning, Business Performance Monitoring functions and driving enterprise-wide programs. In this role for the last 5 years, he leads the strategic business planning and enabling near-term operations planning activities. Further, he is responsible for scanning the market developments and working with all business heads to define and execute initiatives in-line with the corporate strategic road map.

In addition, Sreenivas heads the Investor Relations as well as spearheads the Corporate Development initiatives focused on growth and differentiation of the organization. These activities encompass Strategic Deals, Large Business Opportunities and Inorganic growth initiatives such as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Ventures (JVs).

Prior to joining Hexaware, Sreenivas has worked in a large multi-national firm, Tata Consultancy Services & in a start-up firm pioneering in the field of Independent Equity Research. Academically, he has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM – C). Sreenivas is based out of Hexaware’s office in Chennai, India.

Mr. Madhu Kumar

Sr. Vice President & Global Head, TTHL Vertical

Madhu Kumar (Madhu) globally manages Hexaware’s Travel, Transportation, Hospitality and Logistics (TTHL) Business unit. In this role since April 2010, he is responsible for driving sales, service delivery, solution development and managing the growth strategy for the business unit. He has over 17 years of professional experience, of which the past 12 years have been with Hexaware.

Prior to this, Madhu was leading the sales organization for Hexaware’s TTHL and BFSI Verticals in Americas. Additionally, he was also heading the Strategic Deals Unit focusing on select large deals. He joined Hexaware in 1998 as a Project Executive responsible for delivery and program management. In diverse roles played in the past, Madhu has been responsible for the growth of several key accounts at Hexaware. He has been instrumental in winning several Fortune 500 clients and managing service delivery for such key customers across geographies.

Before Joining Hexaware, Madhu was a Research Scientist with India’s Department of Atomic Energy, working on nuclear reactor control systems and simulation models. Beginning his professional career as a Scientific Officer in 1990, he has been an active participant in international seminars on topics related to performance of Critical Software Systems and Advanced Simulation Models.

Madhu holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from Madurai University and a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Mr. Moorthi Chokkanathan

Executive Vice President & Global Head – Enterprise Solutions

Moorthi Chokkanathan heads the global Enterprise Solutions business at Hexaware. He leads the horizontal units of ERP and Business Intelligence & Analytics. He is responsible for identifying growth engines, building new service offerings and business development. He has been a key player in driving Hexaware’s growth since 1998. Moorthi was instrumental in building the Enterprise Solutions and HR-IT practices at Hexaware. He conceptualized and incubated HexaLab – Hexaware’s Innovation center. He guides HexaLab in creating IPs which benefits customers directly.

He was the management sponsor for certifying Hexaware at SEI-CMM Level 5 in 2008.

Moorthi holds a degree in B.Tech from IIT, Chennai and an MBA from the University of Madras. He has over 27 years of experience in the software services and consulting field. Earlier in his career, he was heading ERP practice for US based consulting company and IBM alliance partner in Australia.

Mr. R U Srinivas

R U Srinivas (R U) is a complete and passionate believer in the outsourcing concept. He has been declared HRO Superstar twice (2006 and 2007) by HRO Today, and FAO Superstar (2007) by FAO Today. Under his leadership, Caliber Point, the wholly owned BPO subsidiary of Hexaware Technologies, has significantly enhanced its operational drivers, and is today recognized as a focused customer centric organization, with a very strong metrics culture, in addition to being a magnet for great talent and expertise.

R U has worked for nearly 2 decades across India, Singapore and the US in leading global companies across various industries including Audit, Banking, IT and ITES companies, in a wide range of roles including Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, Corporate Planning, Quality and Operations.

One of his accolades includes building and heading the HR Shared Service Center of Standard Chartered Bank. He was also a part of the initial team that pioneered the development of the eSCM model with Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Anand Moorthy

Senior Vice President and Global Head – Quality Assurance and Testing Services

Anand has global responsibility for the testing business at Hexaware including the FocusFrame brand. He has over 19 years of global outsourcing and diverse industry experience spanning across IT Consulting and Services, Financial Services and Engineering.

He joined Hexaware from Wipro Technologies where he was most recently the Vice President and Head of Testing Services for the Americas with responsibility for the Operations and Sales. He was instrumental in positioning Wipro as a strong player in the testing services space and worked closely with business partners across the globe. He had played various roles in operations, delivery and sales. He was instrumental in diversifying the testing business into the Financial Services and Enterprise markets globally for the company.

Prior to spending close to a decade at Wipro, Anand was with Thomson Financial managing operations and quality. He has also been an entrepreneur by promoting an engineering company, Goa Invescast Limited, in the field of precision castings, a company he founded and managed for over 6 years.

Anand has been a strong advocate of QA consulting and services and has spoken at various industry forums like HP Universe, Gartner Symposium, etc…

Anand holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from India and is based out of Chicago.

Mr. N Nataraj

Chief Information Officer

Nataraj is responsible for entire global IT operations including Information Systems Group and Systems Technology Group at Hexaware. He also heads Info Security Governance and Infrastructure Management Services.

Nataraj has 18 years of industry experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) and Security. Before Hexaware, he was the CIO of Aztecsoft where he was responsible for IT/IS/Security and Infrastructure Business. His earlier stints included working for organizations like Ericsson Software centre, India Wipro, and Hughes Software Systems in leadership positions.

Mr. Nataraj, an influential CIO among his peers is known for his technical know-how and has received many awards for his IT implementation projects across different industries. In September 2009, he was credited the CIO 100 Ingenious Award at the 4th Annual CIO 100 Symposium and Awards Ceremony by International Publishing Services (IDG). He is a familiar voice on panel discussions which are feature on leading electronic TV channels and he has been a speaker in the worldwide CTO Forum.

He is involved with various community activities, with a focus on education. He has had the honour of being the Chief Guest at Niyam-06, a techno-cultural fest organised by the Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology and the Guest of Honour at Mahavir Jain Engineering College.

Mr. Prateek Aggarwal

Prateek Aggarwal has over 18 years of strong and varied experience in a diverse set of financial & operational roles. At Hexaware, he is responsible for financial controls & risk management, planning & analysis, supporting business performance, investor relations, treasury & forex, taxation, legal & company secretarial matters, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, in addition to other finance related responsibilities.

Prior to Hexaware, Prateek was Head of Finance of the Software Division of HCL Technologies for 2.5 years. In his previous roles, he was with Genpact, leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function. He had a long tenure of 12 years with Hindustan Lever Ltd and was the CFO of their Haircare SBU in his last assignment with them.

Prateek is a Management graduate from IIM-Calcutta and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University.
